One of the things that can give stress in the workplace is the co-worker who acts not on the good side. In a working environment that has diverse employees that came from many countries and has their own culture, there could be differences that would make others feel stressed as they do not like how one act. That is why it is also needed that employees will have orientation or training or time to understand each other. One could regard some act as natural but demeaning to another.
But there are general things that you could do so you could be regarded as a good co-worker. One is that to be able to work efficiently. There could be much work that you have to do and balance your schedule. But when you have time to also check your phones then you can be able to find ways on how you could improve on yourself.
One more thing that is really helpful is being positive. As you work in a place where there could be much negativity and sad feeling or emotion then it is good to give a positive aura.
If you are upset then you could excuse yourself and have time to settle your emotion. Talking out of concern is a good way to also lessen others stress and worries.
Have time to also talk with your co-workers and you can ask for their opinions on something that you have a hard time doing or learning. You can share tips and advise with each other.
